- Make sure you have the Zotero add-in in your word. As shown below:
Concrete operation
Download style in Step01 Zeroto
Add the corresponding bibliography style in Zotero, as follows:
- Open Zotero's preferences in "Editor", open "Citation", and search for the bibliographic style you want from "Get More Styles".
Step02 Set style in Word
- place the cursor where you want to quote in word
- Open the Zotero plug-in in Word and select the citation format to be used, as follows:
- Select "Document Preferences"
- Select the citation format (mine is GB/T 7714-2015 numeric, Chinese)
- Click "Confirm"
Citations in Step03 Word
- Select the place where you want to insert the document in Word
- Click "Add/Edit Citation" in Zotero
- In the search box that pops up, enter and find the literature you want to cite, select it, and press Enter

Step04 Insert corresponding documents in the references section
- After Step03 is done, skip to the reference section
- In the appropriate position, click "Add/Edit Bibliography" (the picture below is the statistical data on an official website of WHO, which can also be quoted by Zotero)
