这个参数要与摄像机匹配，仅仅具备H.264格式的NVR是不会使用H.265去解码摄像机的，NVR会把摄像机切换到H.264，造成浪费；
早期的onvif协议是不支持H.265的；不同厂家的H.265大多数情况下是不支持互解的，如海康H.265NVR不一定能解大华H.265的摄像机。
第三方IPC通过Onvif接入H.265+的NVR，智能编码无法自动开启，除非IPC默认就是H.265+。如果默认不是H.265+，则需要使用该厂商提供的客户端，或者登陆IPC的WEB开启
