Problem Description

The browser front-end reports an error:Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Solution

There are three solutions:

1. Change the browser, try Firefox,
   the front-end rendering is normal, indicating that the function is normal, it is a network problem of chrome

2. Set up vpn to solve network problems

3. The chrome front-end network conditions set Network throttling
