When you find that the package cannot be imported, and no matter how to clean or refresh, you need to check the maven configuration!
Open file->settings in the upper left corner
Find maven management
Check if the settings file directory of conf is correct
And whether the maven home path path is correct
If it's not right, just change it and it's ok
