"Stable Diffusion web UI ControlNet Model Download and Use"

ControlNet model download

It was originally a very simple thing to get done in a minute or two, but the author finally came out of this page after doing it 7 times

After each download, there is also /stable-diffusion-webui/extensions/sd-webui-controlnet

But there is no ControlNet in Stable Diffusion. In the end, I deleted it repeatedly and re-downloaded it for the 7th time before it succeeded. I don’t know the specific reason (cry~~~)

1. Find the "Extensions" option and paste the address of the ControlNet plugin (https://github.com/Mikubill/sd-webui-controlnet)

Click " Install ", after the plug-in installation is complete, you need to restart

Find the " Installed " option, click "Apply and Restart UI"

2. Use - select OpenPose Editor - click Send ControlNet on the lower right foot

Send Picture to ControlNet - enable and select

Detection methods corresponding to different models

At present, all the files we download are yaml files. We also need to download the model files ending in ".pth" by ourselves.

The address of the model download file Download the model from ControlNet 1.1: lllyasviel/ControlNet-v1-1 at main

Put the model into "stable-diffusion-webui\extensions\sd-webui-controlnet\models". Now we have included all "yaml" files. You just need to download the "pth" file.

Note: If you downloaded the model elsewhere, make sure the yaml file name is the same as the model file name. If you downloaded from another source, please manually rename all yaml files. Otherwise, the model may behave unexpectedly. You can ignore it if you download the model from an official source.

3. Download the trained model

Models can be downloaded from  CivitAI  . Different models generate different types of pictures. Just choose the type you like to download.

Click on the lower right corner - copy

Click the pink tip to copy it with one click

Expand the "ControlNet" option, check "Enable", select "Human Pose Detection" for preprocessing, and select the model (the model at the end of pth that I downloaded earlier) control_sd15_openpose
