Anaconda modifies the environment default save path

1. Open anaconda, click File->Preferences

2. Click Configure Conda

3. Add the following content at the end of the opened file:
(For example: I want to change the path to the Anaconda directory under the D drive)

envs_dirs:
  - D:\Anaconda
pkgs_dirs:
  - D:\Anaconda

Then click Save and Restart, and wait for Anaconda to restart.

4. Create a new environment and find that the default path has been changed
