When using sqlyog to create a database table and insert Chinese data, an error is reported.
Incorrect string value: '\xE4\xBB\x8E\xE5\x85\xA5…' for column 'name' at r

In this case, when the database is created, the encoding is not set to utf-8, and
a sentence is directly added when creating the table.

CHARACTER SET utf8 ENGINE INNODB;
