The layer setting on the handbook is the same as the layer setting in the CAD for PC. It is to set and edit the imported CAD map layer, and import the ArcGIS data format shp layer. This issue will show you how to use the Qianxun location GNSS software to easily implement layer settings on the handheld.

Click [Measurement] -> [Layer Settings], as shown in Figure 5.18-1, the layers are divided into CAD layers and background layers. CAD layer: as shown in Figure 5.18-1, click [New Layer], as shown in Figure 5.18-2, enter the layer name, select the color, set whether it is a working layer, whether it is visible, and whether it is locked. Click on the layer to delete the layer or rename the layer.

Background layer: as shown in Figure 5.18-3, it includes five items: add, edit, move up, move down and delete. Click [Add] to import layers. Layer import formats are: *.shp and *.dxf formats. Among them, *.shp is the ArcGIS data format, and *.dxf is the AUTOCAD graphics exchange file. When importing a layer, you will see the layer properties, as shown in Figure 5.18-4, you can set the outline color, fill color, whether to display layer properties, text color, display properties and whether the layer is visible. Click [Boundary] to view the boundary range of the layer, as shown in Figure 5.18-5. Layers can be superimposed on multiple levels. Select a layer to edit, delete, move up and down. After the layer setting is completed, the imported layer can be viewed on the measurement interface, as shown in Figure 5.18-6.
