Umi-request request encapsulation

request is a built-in network request method in umi, based on fetch encapsulation, in development, the request is generally encapsulated, and some attributes are uniformly set.

There are some common configurations in the request that we don’t want to add in every request, so we can extendcreate a new umi-request instance and use it after simply encapsulating the instance. The specific code is as follows:
