Why does the mechanical hard drive make a "click" sound every ten seconds or so?

 I originally set the hard disk to never turn off, that is, 0 minutes. After restoring the default setting, it will stop ringing after a few minutes....

But if you start other software, it will still start the hard disk. In the end, I simply moved the case to another place under the table, which is far away from me, and I can’t hear it directly, haha...
