Take MTAP as an example (the process of submitting the revised manuscript after revision)
Step One: Submit your article to the appropriate journal track or special issue. If necessary, change the type of article you are submitting from the drop-down menu.
Then click Proceed
Step Two: The documents related to the previous revision you submitted are listed below. A check mark in a box indicates that the file will be rolled over to the next revision. Any files you wish to modify should be unchecked. (meaning, do not tick the ones to be modified, and tick the ones that do not need to be modified) and then click Proceed
Step 3: Upload the latex file
Tip for authors submitting complete source files in LaTeX:
all files must be at the same folder level; do not use subfoldersThe main manuscript TeX file must be the first item
Define the main TeX file as "manuscript" in the drop-down box
Upload any image file (e.g. EPS, PNG, TiFF, etc.) as a graphic
Upload any TeX support files and any (journal) specific style files referenced in the TeX file and declare them as "LaTeX support files"
