I use the small aircraft SS (SSR), find the gui-config.json file in its directory, find local, change 1080 to other unoccupied ports, and then enter the command

netsh winsock reset

Complicated and not necessarily effective

Uninstall software such as Tencent Computer Manager, why can't you say you understand it. Then end all external 1080 processes. Then put the little plane manager running.
