Get the flywheel spinning fast with your first AI project. You want to choose an initial project that can be completed quickly, in no more than three to six months.
Determine what would give your business a quick win - ie 60 days, 6 months, etc - and make sure you can execute your project in that short amount of time.
Depending on the size of your company, you might even consider running a few pilot projects to increase your chances of success.
