uniapp installs the plug-in package through npm and prompts that the installation is successful but it is not actually installed

The reason I generated it was because I was using webstorm as a code editor. hbuilder is only used for compilation etc.
This problem is a webstorm problem, and this happens when using terminal commands in webstorm.
There is no problem in executing npm with the terminal of hbuilder. . .
