The method that can definitely solve the problem is as follows:
Step 1: Open the second .properties file in the gradle under the project, find the download path of this file, and the general freeze is because the network speed is slow when downloading this file or because it is in the foreign reasons.
Step 2: According to the path in the document, select the corresponding file to download manually
Step 3: After downloading, copy and paste the downloaded file to the corresponding path of gradle
If the download location of the gradle file is not specified, it is usually in the .gradle under the c drive
to solve this problem.
