In daily work, Excel tables are often used. If the row height and column width of the opened Excel table is not what we want, how to adjust it to a suitable size?
method one
Open the Excel table, press [Ctrl+A] shortcut key, select all the tables (or click the small gray triangle at the intersection of row number and column label in the upper left corner of the table, you can also select the entire table), move the mouse to the intersection of column labels ( Such as the junction of column A and column B).
At this point, the mouse arrow changes into the left and right arrow shapes as shown in the figure above. Click twice in a row to quickly adjust the column width of all selected tables (if there is no data in the cell, double-clicking will have no effect); or directly press You can also adjust the column width of the selected table by holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse left or right.
If you only need to adjust some of the column widths of the table, you only need to hold down the Shift key, click the column labels (A, B, C...) in turn, select the column to be adjusted, and adjust the column width (row height) according to the above operation method The adjustment method is the same as the column width adjustment method).
Method Two
Select the column to be adjusted (you can also select all tables with [Ctrl+A]), click [Start], continue to click [Format], and then click [Column Width] to pop up the column width setting window, enter the value of the column width, and click [OK] ] That's it.
You can also adjust part of the column width, just hold down the Shift key, select the column width to be adjusted in turn, follow the above operation method, enter the column width value in the pop-up box, and then click [OK] (row height adjustment method and Column width adjustment method is the same).
method three
Click [Start], continue to click [Format], and then click [Automatically adjust column width], at this time, the column width will automatically adjust the width of each column according to the content length, and the "Automatically adjust row height" will be based on the text font size , automatically adjust to fit the height of each row.
This self-adaptive adjustment method can display all the content in the cell, but the display format of the content is not uniform enough, and the aesthetics of the form is poor.
