Preconditions: npm, hbuliderx, and vsn have all been downloaded
The first step, the new project is vue
The second step, view → display terminal
If there is no terminal plug-in, it will remind you to download, just click to download
Enter npm run serve in the terminal to run
Click on the address to open it in an external browser
The third step, install the SVN plug-in
The fourth step, right click on the vue project folder to use
