Solve the problem of "Adobe Premiere cannot start after installation"

Yesterday, when I installed Adobe Premiere2019 (hereinafter referred to as Adobe Pr2019) on Win10 Professional Edition, I found that Pr2019 could not be started after installation. Sometimes, a blank Premiere icon sometimes appeared on the desktop. This is the case after changing several Adobe Premiere installation packages. I was thinking hard, and suddenly I had an idea, and went to [My Computer]-"Management--"Windows Logs to see what happened to Adobe Pr2019 and why it couldn't run after installation.

1. Quit the antivirus software

When installing Adobe, CAD and other software, you need to exit the anti-virus software, such as 360 Security Guard, Kingsoft Antivirus, Huorong and other anti-virus software, to avoid software accidental killing or failure to install the software.

2. View Windows logs

    Click on the desktop【My Computer】-"Management--"Computer Management/System Tools--"Event Viewer--"Windows Logs--"Applications--" Found ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll error, as shown in Figure (1) , as shown in Figure (2):

Figure (1) Right-click [My Computer] -- "Management

Figure (2) Click [Windows Logs] / Application -- "In the error bar, find the error message

3. Replace the ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll file

3.1 Download the complete ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll

New ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll, download address: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1MhtDrYvngTwrCBHIGkHhoA Extraction code: wm2m

Put this new ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll file into the installation directory of Adobe Premiere Pro CC, and overwrite the original ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll, as shown in Figure (3):

Figure (3) Overwrite the old ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll with the new ZXPSignLib-minimal.dll

3.2 Give Adobe Premiere Pro.exe administrator rights

Enter the installation directory of Adobe Premiere--"Right-click A to assign Adobe Premiere Pro.exe--"Properties--"Compatibility--"Check √ Run this program as an administrator--"Apply, as shown in the figure (4) shown.

Figure (4) Give Adobe Premiere Pro.exe manager permission

3.3 Restart the computer, and then open Adobe Premiere

    a) Press Win+R, enter cmd --》, a DOS black box will pop up, and then enter shutdown -r -t 5, press the Enter key twice, which means restart the computer after 5 seconds.

## 5秒之后,重启电脑
shutdown -r -t 5

## 5秒之后,直接关机
shutdown -s -t 5

    b) Enter the Adobe Premiere installation directory, double-click Adobe Premiere Pro.exe, and find that the software runs successfully.
