1. Talking about the project
Recently, the project has been very busy and tight. For a group-wide CTQ comprehensive online optimization project, the company only gave it more than 5 months. This is an achievement that the previous company could not achieve in 2 years. It's not that the company is too inflated, it's because the times have really changed. What I used to learn was information technology, but now I'm learning digital technology. I wanted to write a few articles on data governance, but I was delayed all the time. The delay is actually because I didn't think much about writing it, and I was afraid that it would mislead you.
The recent project is quite tiring, but very interesting, but also quite helpless. As the person in charge of digitalization, I am similar to the role of a project manager. There is a business person in charge of a similar age. Let's call him AM for the time being. In fact, it is not very appropriate, so let's call it that. What is tiring is that it was originally a quality optimization project, and all the offline work of IQC (raw material quality control), PQC (production process quality control), and OQC (finished product quality control) needs to be online. The process and data are comprehensively sorted out. Then do a few BI reports of the quality command center at the base level and the group quality command center, and you can basically be done. But the abnormal smoothness in the front is difficult in the back, and the current life and death are pessimistic. Hahaha, interesting and interesting.
Fortunately, the quality management of the company's raw materials and finished products is under the unified control of the group's quality center, so the work of IQC and OQC was sorted out smoothly in the previous two months. Moreover, the quality system of raw materials and finished products is relatively simple, basically one radish and one pit. Whoever made a mistake, you can tell who it is at a glance. Coupled with the pressure of the company's cost reduction and efficiency increase projects and the change of the company's performance appraisal model, these two pushes were extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

Of course, the project is so smooth, no accident is the biggest accident. When I was implementing PQC, I knew that there was a problem. In fact, digitization is a good thing, but it still needs a certain mass base. Because PQC is process management, which involves all aspects of the process, but the execution and performance appraisal of production workers is relatively difficult to implement, so in the project, due to the implementation of a standard batch number rule, the project is almost 3 months old, and problems are still emerging. . For example, the digital system can automatically generate batch numbers and trace the whole process of batches, but some materials will not enter the system. For materials that do not enter the system, the batch numbers are manually printed. Anyone who has done a project knows that as long as manual intervention is added, the data will be played out. This is also an important reason why the PQC project is so difficult to win. In fact, the project is still done by people, and the test is still on people's nature and execution ability. After learning how to do things, I finally understood his "good intentions".
2. Interesting people and things
Of course, in the project, I was fortunate enough to meet a few interesting people. They would complain about the inaction of the leader and the hard work, so they just wanted to code in the office. QR code allows data to flow in the digital system. We jokingly call coders. Therefore, the AM of PQC this time is a post-90s generation who is about the same age as me. I am very happy to be able to talk about many things outside of work, such as how to write chemical formulas, how to read English words for this product, talk about the college entrance examination, talk about Talk about the expectations of the company, talk about the future, as if you are back in college, you can talk about everything...
Two, talk about friends
When it comes to friends, in fact, the first thing that comes to my mind is what Luo Zhenyu said to be a time friend. Then there is Luo Yonghao's making friends. These big guys always want to be friends with us. Hahaha, friends are really divided into stages. When I was young, I had good friends who took off their pants and had fun in the village. When you are older, you have good friends who carry schoolbags to school together, and when you are older, you have good friends who fight, steal watermelons, and molested girls. Now there is a group of good friends who are difficult to get together.
Fortunately, fortunately, there is a new child in the family, and the child who will always be in my heart. There are also children who will always be parents. This June 1st is a joyous festival, but I hope that on June 2nd, I can sort out my mood, so that I can start again, and grab my good friends around me, and Accompany good-hearted children and old friends.
