Summary

Intelligent game is a challenging problem in the field of cognitive decision-making intelligence, and it is the key support for assisting joint combat planning and intelligent task planning. From three perspectives: cooperative team game, competitive zero-sum game and hybrid general sum game, the intelligence The game model, from the perspective of cognition, defines operational research game (complete/limited rationality), uncertain game (experience/knowledge), emergent exploration game (intuition + inspiration), and group interactive game (co-evolution). Based on the intelligent game-like cognitive model, an intelligent game solution solution is given from three perspectives: trusted solution of the problem, strategy training platform, and problem-solving paradigm. Based on the Transformer architecture, the architecture enhancement (representation learning, network combination, and model Sequence modeling (offline pre-training, online adaptation, model extension) has 2 major categories and 6 sub-categories of decision-making Transformer methods. It provides an initial reference for the construction of decision-making pre-training models for application scenarios such as state and virtual-real migration. It provides a feasible reference for the research on the cornerstone model of decision-making in the field of intelligent games.
