3.1 Definition of software quality
Software quality exists objectively, and R&D companies can use the quality iron triangle to improve software quality from different angles.
The definition of quality consists of three elements—entities, feature sets, and requirements.
The three aspects of process, technology, and organization are the iron triangle that affect software quality. The improvement of software quality should comprehensively consider these three factors, improve each aspect, and also need to take into account the cost and progress.
3.2 Software Quality Management System
At present, the common quality management system in the industry is as follows.
●ISO: It is not a specific quality standard for a certain industry, but a generally applicable quality management system.
●CMM: A quality management system specific to the software industry.
●6 Sigma: not specific to a certain industry, not only focusing on quality, but also on cost and progress.
