1. The technical details of the central bank's DCEP have not been made public, and it is not known what consensus algorithm it uses. Decentralization is certain, but it is still unknown whether there will be several weakly centralized nodes.

2. Remind again: Decentralization is not an end, but a means. The purpose of decentralization is to prevent super users and system administrators of the central node from abusing their power and arbitrarily deleting and modifying data.

3. The classification of blockchain is a general classification, so don't get too entangled.
