• The computer does not recognize the driver card or the card is faulty.
• You are using Octane 3.07 or earlier. It cannot use RTX GPUs.

• Please use an Octane version higher than 3.07.

2. License disabled in C4D error

3. X-particle is not displayed on the menu bar

1. Download and install the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for architectures X86 and X64 .
2. Restart the C4D software.

If you have tried the methods above, you still cannot  open X-particles on Cinema R23, R25, R26 . Please try to reinstall  Visual Studio 2013  version
