Vive locator flashes red light suddenly

As shown in the title, the red light of the vive 2.0 base station suddenly flashes, and then streamVR cannot be connected.
Solution:
At the beginning, use the online method to manually replace the firmware driver. (It didn't work on my side. Of course you can try it)
Steps:
1. When the base station is not powered on, connect it to the PC through the micro-B USB transmission cable.
2. Press and hold the mode button on the back of the base station and plug in the power cord.
3. Once the PC side is confirmed as a USB mass storage device, you can release the mode button.
4. The name of the connected base station storage device is "CRP_DISABLED", which contains a file "firmware.bin" after opening, delete it.
5. Copy the "lighthouse_tx_htc_2_0-calibration-rescue-244.bin" file to the storage space of the base station.
6. After copying is complete, unplug the power cord.
7. Wait a few seconds, then plug it in again. Do not press the mode key during this process.
After a few seconds the base station should flash green or red light rapidly. A green light indicates a successful repair.
9. If it blinks red, it means it cannot be repaired automatically, please send it for repair.

10. Unplug the power again.
11. Repeat steps 1 to 7, but copy the file in step 5 to "lighthouse_tx_htc_2_0-244-2016-03-12.bin".
12. After the base station is complete, the base station will return to normal. Set its channel to "A" and track it separately (the other base station is not powered on) to confirm the operation. Once confirmed to be working properly, turn on another base station.

After I manually replaced it here, the base station was directly hacked. There is a replacement for the original .bin file.

As above, connect the tracker to the computer, and a storage device reminder will pop up. Then open steamVR, right click on the locator, open the locator settings

Then click Fix from Incomplete Update. This will pop up the locator you need to fix.
Follow the steps to update the firmware and you're good to go.
