SCI submission status

The meaning of the status of SCI submission:

1. Submitted to Journal This is the first status displayed after the author submits the manuscript. This status is generated by the system, indicating that your manuscript has been uploaded to the editorial department.

2. With editor means that the editor has seen the information of your manuscript, and here you should consider who should review your manuscript.

3. Under review and with editor means that the manuscript is under review by the reviewer. However, if the reviewer does not understand the article and does not want to review it, it will be returned to the editor, and the editor will re-invite other reviewers.

4. Required review completed means that the reviewer has finished reviewing the manuscript, waiting for the editor to accept it or not.

5. Minor revision/Major revision represents the decision made by the reviewers to allow you to make minor revisions or major revisions to the article.

6. Revision Submitted to Journal This is a request to send the revised manuscript to the editor, repeating the above status. But it may not be repeated. If the reviewers ask you questions that are irrelevant, then the editor will make the final acceptance decision by himself. will not be reassigned to reviewers

" Editor invited " means inviting/arranging a suitable editor in charge of your article

" Editor assigned " means that the editor has been determined for your article, and this editor will further process your manuscript in the next step

The status is Assessment by Editorial Office , and the event is Manuscript received by Editorial Office. The editor evaluates and submits for review. At present, there is no editorial evaluation. If the editor thinks that the quality of the article can basically be submitted for review, then it will be under review.

The Technical Check in Progress editor is checking whether there are any problems with the sentences and grammar in your article

Needing revision , you must carefully revise according to the reviewer's requirements, and carefully answer all the questions on the question list. Please read the editor's letter carefully. It tells you whether it needs to be re-reviewed. Generally, you follow all the reviewer's requirements If the revision is good, there is no need to re-examine it. For example, it is only a small problem such as English syntax.

Decision in Process is the state of the editor making a decision. If the manuscript has just been submitted, it may be submitted for review or rejected directly; if it has been submitted for a while, usually the review comments have come back, and the editor will decide on the reviewer's opinion at this time Whether to revise or revise, if the reviewers disagree, it may need to be submitted for review again.
