How to set up and build an intranet shared server? And achieve external network access?

At work, sometimes two computers with different systems need to access the shared folder under the same router for data sharing. This is essentially the interconnection between devices under the same LAN . At this time , we can build An intranet file sharing server is used to realize this function , such as a common Windows Server file server or NAS storage .

1. How to set up an intranet shared server ?
There are two kinds of hardware preparations, one is to use a desktop computer + NAS , the other is to use a device as a terminal, directly purchase a server, and operate according to your actual situation.

Terminal settings:

Create a new user for sharing. Right-click on the start menu, select [Computer Management], double-click [User] in [Local Users and Groups], right-click in the blank space, and click [New User] to create a new user. Customize a name, full name and description can be written according to your own ideas. Then set a password. For easy operation, we can uncheck [User must change password at next login], and directly check [User cannot change password] and [Password never expires].
2. Click [Search] on the taskbar, enter the pinyin "qiyong" to enable it, and [Enable or disable Windows features] will appear. Find the two options starting with SMB in the pop-up window, check them, and then confirm. After the function is automatically set, restart the computer.
3. Find the disk or folder you want to share, right-click, select [Properties], click [Advanced Sharing] in the Sharing tab, and check [Share this folder]. Then click [Permission], and select Everyone in the pop-up window. Whether it is allowed to be modified or not, check it according to the actual situation.
4. Click the network icon on the right side of the taskbar, select the network you are currently connected to, and then click the network in the pop-up window to see its IP address, and write down the IP.
5. Put the previously set device in other Windows devices, directly use the shortcut key Windows+R to call out the run command, enter "\", then enter the IP address you recorded before, and enter the previously set user according to the prompt Username and password can be accessed normally.

2. How to access the shared server in the intranet from the external network?
The above settings are only suitable for setting up the intranet shared server, but now in many cases, we need to access the intranet shared server through the external network. If it is a common setup, it is more cumbersome and needs to apply for a public network IP. We are more commonly used now The most important thing is to achieve external network access to the internal network shared server through fast analysis of internal network penetration and mapping .

Quick resolution mainly establishes a connection with the intranet server through the cloud server, and at the same time maps the intranet port to the cloud, and then realizes Internet access for various LAN applications through the fast resolution domain name.

In use, first log in to the quick analysis client, and then perform mapping configuration on the intranet service, simply fill in the relevant configuration as shown in the figure below, click "Save", and quick analysis will automatically generate an external network access address to realize private access to the LAN Web site and NAS Remote access to various services such as cloud, OA, ERP, CRM, FTP/SVN/MAC server, WeChat official account/small program and other remote development and debugging, to solve various access problems caused by users without public network IP, and to avoid The cost of pulling dedicated lines and purchasing cloud servers has been eliminated.

1. After downloading Quick Analysis , enter your username and password to log in. Enter the quick analysis port mapping adding interface, click to open the intranet mapping.

2. Relevant information related to mapping is filled in:

Mapping name: customizable, easy to distinguish and mark;

Public network type: refers to the port used for external network access;

Intranet IP address: refers to the intranet server address where the application is located; this machine uses the format of 127.0.0.1;

Application port: refers to the port of the application software itself .
3. Now a mapping record will be added to the port mapping window. At this time, as long as the public network uses the domain name + port allocated by Quick Resolution , it can access the host on the internal network. Generally speaking, fast resolution can make the device easily accessible through the public network even when it is in the internal network or does not have a fixed/public IP . The principle of fast analysis intranet penetration is to establish a connection with the intranet server through the cloud server, and map the intranet port to the cloud, so as to realize Internet access based on the domain name of various LAN services. The whole process does not retain user data information, core data It is still stored on the user's intranet server, and Kuaianalysis has been awarded the national high-tech enterprise certification, and is one of the few software service providers that has obtained multiple core patents. Support HTTPS mapping, data encryption transmission , very high security.
