POI data, the English full name is Point of Intersesting, and Chinese means point of interest, which refers to meaningful points on the map: such as shops, bars, gas stations, hospitals, stations, etc. POI data can empower research on spatiotemporal behavior, urban planning, geographic information, etc. Therefore, obtaining accurate and complete POI data is the basis for carrying out scientific research. And QGIS can be used as a powerful tool for processing and analyzing POI data.
1. POI data import
Take Nanjing POI data as an example, import it into QGIS, and combine it with the administrative division layer in the previous article for processing and analysis.
