[Error] When importing torch, an error message is displayed:
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is not installed, this may lead to the DLL load failure.
【Cause】
Anaconda is not installed on the C drive by default;
the VC++ Redistributable program is not installed in the system.
【Resolve】
VC++ Redistributable.exe
double-click to install, restart the computer.
