Word title unified processing method (fool operation)

When writing documents, I always find that the title bar does not appear in a uniform format. Here I learned a little trick for quick processing.

The first step requires a standard heading format, like the one below. Here I share a template of mine, free of points, download address:  https://download.csdn.net/download/wangzhi291/87635451

The second step is to export and share on this document, (must not change the original template document)

The third step is to close the file, then choose to open the file, and select the file you want to organize (note the type selection when opening). Press and hold shift to select bs titles 1 to 9, press ctrl to select bs text, click copy, and then the pop-up prompt selects all.

Step 4: Open the document that needs to be formatted, find the corresponding title, right-click on the title style, select all instances, and click the corresponding style to adjust all of them. ( Note try to select all instances )

Another little trick, sometimes if the level is not correct, it can also be used to upgrade or reduce the price of the title alone.

Be careful not to change the original template document.
