Those who can be interviewers are generally seniors with rich experience and practical skills, and some companies will stipulate the interview time that the interviewer must meet for each interview, so if you don’t know how to do it yourself, then use this time to ask the bosses It's also very good. Of course, this also leads to sometimes longer interviews, but it doesn't matter, if you can ask, seize the opportunity to ask.
(2) Try to print your resume and interview questions on paper for emergencies first . The printing shop here is a bit difficult to find, and the price is relatively high.
(3) How easy is it to bring your luggage? The weather here is generally relatively high, so you don’t need to bring too many clothes. It’s unstable when you first come here. When you move, you have too many things and it’s really a headache .
(4) For accommodation , first familiarize yourself with the map environment of Shenzhen and arrange your living place in advance. It is best to rent a house after you find a job. After all, Shenzhen is quite big. If you find a job after renting a house, you will find Commuting back and forth for three hours is quite tiring, and the transportation fee in Shenzhen is very expensive !
If you have relatives and friends, you can go to live first. If you are inconvenient, you can apply for the youth station of the Shenzhen Communist Youth League . Fresh graduates will be provided with 7 days of free accommodation . You will probably be familiar with Shenzhen during these seven days. 2. Start looking for a job

It is best to pay attention to the company’s address when you receive an interview invitation. (4) Pay attention to the distinction between start-up companies and medium and large companies when submitting resumes. Programmers should pay special attention to avoiding outsourcing companies. (5) When you are not sure what will happen when you are looking for a job, you must adjust your mentality and believe in yourself. There are so many companies in Shenzhen and you will always find the right one. Don't force it, and never let it go.
3. Notes for interview
(1) When receiving an invitation from a company, remember to find out some basic information about the company, and avoid encountering training institutions and leather bag companies. You can refer to Tianyancha, Baidu Tieba, Zhihu, Douban, etc.
(2) When you receive the interview call, communicate the interview time, check the map and plan your travel route, and try to arrive on time or early.
Make good use of the new event function of the mobile phone calendar to create a new event for all the interviews scheduled for the day, so that when you receive a call from the interview notice, you can see the interview arrangements for the past few days as soon as you open the calendar, and you can arrange the time reasonably. Call to ask when you have time for an interview, I'm afraid you can't remember which day you have time.
Of course, some apps will automatically create new events in the calendar, such as BOSS. Suggestion: Two interviews a day, up to three. Look at your own situation 
(3) When you go to the company for an interview, observe the company's working environment and employee status, which can be used as a basis for subsequent consideration of whether to join the job. When you meet someone who has extremely high requirements for recruitment and keeps asking you to fix bugs in the company’s existing system on the spot, then you have to know it well, and if you think it’s unreliable, run away tactfully, don’t be stupid.
