  Deja Dup can back up files and directories in the ubuntu system to external expansion disks, cloud storage or other locations in the computer. When data is damaged, it can also easily restore related data quickly.
TimeShift, as the name suggests, is a powerful time machine that can take snapshots of the system on a regular basis. Once an error occurs in the system, it can be quickly restored to the previous time point, or even the specified time point, and the operation is as simple as an ordinary system update.

  Deja Dup is one of the pre-installed software in Ubuntu. We can search and install it directly from the ubuntu software center. Of course, we can also install it directly in the terminal:

  The Scheduling node allows us to make a backup plan, and the default is to perform a backup once a week. It can also be modified to be backed up every month or every year.
