Media to accelerate Web3 understanding and expertise across the global Dentsu agency network. Widely recognized as the authority on Web3 by industry leaders and trusted institutions, Decrypt is on a mission to demystify the decentralized web.

"We know that Web3 technology will have profound long-term impact. While there are certainly opportunities for brands today, we have been working hard to ensure our customers and our employees can build transformational Web3 experiences and business models that will stand the test of time , and not just today's headlines," commented Jeff Greenspoon, President, Global Solutions, Dentsu International. "Dentsu's Web3 Center of Excellence brings together the best expertise and technology from select partners and matches it with our own leading consultants to provide clients with the perfect launchpad."

Dentsu's Web3 CoE is based on three strategic pillars:

Smart : Insights and educational partnerships, such as with Decrypt, give clients and Dentsu employees access to the latest thinking and audience research to build the most effective client solutions.

Creativity : Considering Dentsu's transversal creativity, this is an opportunity for clients and Dentsu teams to innovate, test ideas, experiment with hypotheses, and understand how evolving technologies and platforms can be used in integrated activities or future business models.

Responsibility : Enterprise-level governance to ensure brand and consumer safety, custody and protection of assets and intellectual property, and protection of creator ownership, which will provide customers with lasting assurance that successful campaigns do not turn into long-term risks.

As part of the newly announced Decrypt partnership, dentsu will pilot an executive eLearning program offering global Web3 training to those working in media, creative and CXM across the dentsu organization, as well as training opportunities for clients. The program will also include exclusive training and support on NFT and Metaverse strategy and execution.

"We're only just beginning to see the impact of Web3 on mainstream enterprises," said Alanna Roazzi-Laforet, CRO and publisher of Decrypt Media and founder and CEO of Decrypt Studios. "Together with partners like Dentsu, we will create new projects and opportunities in the field so that our mutual customers can seize market opportunities."

In addition to e-learning, the partnership includes Decrypt's media assets and Decrypt Studios production services offerings. Additionally, Decrypt and Dentsu will collaborate on PubDAO, the decentralized newswire Decrypt launched with partners and advisors, to reimagine ad-supported content syndication.
