1. Definition of design patent
First of all, patents include three types, namely 发明专利, , 实用新型专利and 外观设计专利. As stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 2 of the Patent Law: Inventions and creations referred to in this law refer to inventions, utility models and designs.
So what is a design patent? Among them, my country
