From Ali to Bytedance, after 3 years of outsourcing career, my life is completely useless...

Why do I always do outsourcing? The reason is salary and technical aspects.

I did outsourcing in Ali for a year, with a salary of 5k, functional testing, and exposure to Linux and the Internet, but it is difficult to settle down the technology, just like looking at flowers in the fog. After the Chinese New Year, people who want to leave have left. Outsourcing, salary increase, learning other skills and decided to leave.

I didn’t do outsourcing, so I went to Hang Seng Electronics, with a salary of 7k, functional testing, contact with Linux and databases, to be honest with databases, software testing, if you don’t specifically test databases, general multi-table queries, understanding indexes, business is almost the same, resignation The reason is that a person who entered the company was suppressed in salary and was very upset. Only after entering the company did he find out that it was indeed the fault of the workplace. Also, when he first joined the company, he hoped that others would take over the business. It didn't play a helpful role, and the meetings were scattered, and I left when I felt uncomfortable. At this time, I had very little technical and business indulgence.

At that time, I was very sad and confused and came to the third company Byte, as an expatriate, with a salary of 8.5k, free meals for all, functional testing of gray cranes, contact with database and interface testing, the nature of the work I like very much, because of the module I am in I went to other departments. This time I didn’t take the initiative to leave. The outsourcing company changed a project for me, with a salary of 14k, contact with interface testing, databases, shell python scripts, and code reading can be improved, but code writing will be weak , I haven’t left my job yet, and I still have a few offers at this time. The reason for choosing this place is that other companies can only give 12k. Maybe everyone wants to go to Alipay, so I chose Alipay.

As someone who has experienced it, I have a deep understanding of the difficulties in the learning process.

My road of software testing is inseparable from the plan of each stage along the way, because I like planning and collecting summaries, so my friends and I spent a period of time to organize and write the following "Software Test Engineer Learning Route " , I have also sorted out a lot of [ network disk resources ]. Friends who need it can click on the small card at the end of the article to get the network disk link. Hope that will bring you help and direction.
