ViroidDB contains currently known viroids and viroid circular RNA sequences, covering about 10,000 unique sequences, including viroids, retrovirus-like elements, small circular satellite RNAs, riboviruses and reverse transcriptases, etc.
Using the ViroidDB database, the secondary structure, nuclease content, and cluster membership of each sequence can be predicted, and the data can be browsed by sequence type, taxon, or raw data search.
In the ViroidDB database, users can obtain basic sequence information, sample collection information, nucleotide sequences and resource links in FASTA format through fuzzy search, high-matching search and seed search.
