Unity's Interface This section will detail common Editor windows and how to get the most out of them.

 (A) The Toolbar: Provides the most basic work functions. The left side contains tools for manipulating game objects in the Scene view (scene dragging, object movement, rotation, scaling, Rect, Transform transformation tools, Editor tools. In the middle are play, pause, and step control tools. The buttons on the right are Used to access UnityCollaborate, Unity Cloud Services, and Unity Accounts, then the Layer Visibility menu, and finally the Editor Layout menu (provides some alternative Editor window layouts, and allows saving custom layouts)

(B) The Hierarchy window: It is used for hierarchical text display of each game object in the scene. Each entity in the Scene scene has a corresponding entry in the Hierarchy window, so the two windows are closely linked. This hierarchy window reveals how game objects are related to each other.

(C) The Game view (game view) shows the appearance of the final rendered game through the scene camera. When the stand-alone Play button is pressed, the simulation starts

(D) The Scene view (scene view) can be used to intuitively navigate and edit the scene. According to the type of project displayed, the Scene view can display whether it is in 3D mode or 2D mode according to your current project

(E) The Inspector window() is used to view and edit all properties of the currently selected game object. Since different types of game objects have different sets of properties, the layout and content of the Inspector window will change each time you select a different game object

(F) The Project window (project window) shows the resource library that can be used in the project. When importing resources into the project, the imported resources will be displayed in this place

(G) The Status bar provides notifications about various Unity processes, as well as quick access to related tools and settings
