The workaround (which I tried) is as follows:
0. First check if the camera is turned on
For notebooks, you can check whether there is a physical switch on the side, or check the icon of the shortcut camera on the top. If there is no response when you press it directly, you can try it: press Fn and then press that button
1. Restart the computer
2. Reset the camera
3. Update the driver device
4. Register
Win+R, enter regedit and click to 计算机\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
create DWORD (32-bit) value->>Rename to EnableFrameServerMode
5. Reinstall the Integrated Camera driver
6. (If you don’t want to uninstall the driver) Download the driver software such as 360 Driver Manager, check the driver problem, and it will automatically fix it for you
ps: I am not a 360 brainless blower, and some of the functions of the 360 are really good.
