Reminder about domain name deletion and renewal
1 Within 37 days after the expiration of an international domain name, you can still submit a renewal; during the period of 37-67 days after the expiration, the domain name enters the redemption period (redemptionPeriod) and you can pay the redemption fee for redemption (redemption is not guaranteed 5 days after the redemption period is the deletion period (pendingDelete). In this state, renewal or redemption is no longer possible. You have to wait for the domain name to be released and then re-register. It is recommended that you try to log in to Wanwang to go through relevant renewal procedures 30 days before the domain name expires, so as not to affect the normal use of your domain name.
2) If the international domain name enters the redemption period after expiration: (REDEMPTION PERIOD), you can only choose to redeem or wait for the domain name to be released and re-register; if you choose to redeem, please contact Wanwang to go through the relevant procedures and pay Redemption fee (the domain name redemption fee is charged by the Registry, and Wanwang only withholds and pays it).

According to CNNIC regulations, domestic domain names enter the redemption period after 37 days of expiration, and domain names that enter the redemption period are in the "pendingdelete" state. Domain names in this state are not allowed to modify information, transfer, or delete, and DNS resolution services are not provided.
During the redemption period, the original domain name holder can redeem the domain name through Wanwang. After the redemption, the validity period of the domain name will be increased by one year on the basis of the expiration date of the original domain name. If the domain name is not redeemed within the redemption period , the domain name will be completely deleted after the redemption period ends.
