Installed Build Tools revision 33.0.1 is corrupted. Remove and install again using the SDK Manager.

• View the version of Android studio - Build Tools Version
  
• Check the existing version of – build-tools
• default pathC:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\build-tools

错误原因:There is no 33.0.1 Android compilation toolkit in it

• Method 1: Download 33.0.1build-tools and click to jump to the official website download path , and then put it in the path C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\build-tools
• Method 2: As follows: modify the existing build-tools, click ok
