· why=what is the purpose and motivation of this matter, why do you want to do it? Can you not do it? Is there any other solution?
· where=where to do it?
· who=who will do it?
· when=what time to do it? When is the best time?
· how=how to do it? How to improve efficiency? How to implement it? What is the plan?
How much = how much is the budgeted cost? To what extent? What is the quantity? What is the quality level?
Accurate planning and forecasting can help us better understand what we want to achieve before we act, and it can also help us accurately predict the problems and obstacles we may encounter so that we can better deal with them.
If you can do the things mentioned above, there is no guarantee that the thing you are going to do will be 100% successful, but the actual effect should not be too bad.
