  PDCA cycle

The PDCA cycle is a logical work procedure that can make any activity go on effectively, especially in quality management, which has been widely used and economical. The meanings of the four English letters P, D, C and A are as follows:

① P (Plan) - plan. Including the determination of policies and objectives and the formulation of activity plans;

② D (DO) - Execute. Execution is the specific operation to realize the content of the plan;

③ C (Check) - check. It is to summarize the results of the execution plan, distinguish what is right and what is wrong, clarify the effect, and find out the problem; ④A (Action) - processing. The results of the inspection are processed, approved or rejected. Successful experiences should be affirmed, or modeled or standardized for proper promotion; lessons from failure should be summarized to avoid recurrence; unresolved problems in this round should be put into the next PDCA cycle.
