Step 3: eclipse install ADT help --install new soft--add

Step 4: Download the SDK from the official website. After the download is complete, open the SDK Manager and click tools -- options
HTTP Proxy Server：mirrors.opencas.cn
HTTP Proxy Protect：80
other choose Force...
Check the API version to use
Step 5: eclipse loads the SDK
