Democratic Centralism

Democracy means that the people are the masters of the country and everyone has the right to express their opinions.
Concentration means that the minority obeys the majority, the lower class obeys the superior, the individual obeys the collective, and the whole party obeys the central government.

In layman's terms, it is to widely collect the opinions of a large number of people, and then deal with them centrally, and make decisions by a small number of people (leaders).

Democracy and centralism complement each other, and the absence of either can have serious consequences.
Leaving democracy may lead to dictatorial, arbitrary, and self-willed leaders.
Decentralization may lead to consequences such as anarchism and deviation from strategic goals.

Democratic centralism is also very useful when some solution needs to be agreed upon by actual technical managers.
