原因分析：有些集成环境的残留程序会自动判断目前程序是否启动，如果不存在则会自动运行，该残留程序启动时会处在占用状态，有些集成环境的制作者在做卸载程序的时候，忘记解除此模块的占用造成的，该残留模块会影响电脑重装其他运行环境。
