Modify character encoding on Linuxx

To modify the code on Linux, you can modify the LANG value, that is, export LANG;
but if you want to make it permanent, you need to modify the file:

Before rhel7: /etc/sysconfig/i18n
On rhel7: /etc/locale.conf

After modification, use source command to take effect
