Privoxy on mac

About Privoxy:

Config file on mac:

/usr/local/etc/privoxy/config

listen-address 127.0.0.1:8118
forward-socks5t / 127.0.0.1:1080 .

  

Starting and stopping:

cd /Applications/Privoxy
sudo ./startPrivoxy.sh
or
sudo ./stopPrivoxy.sh

 

workflow:

browser -> http/https agent (8118 privoxy) -> socks5 (1080 shadowsocks) -> web server
