If you need to change the keyboard under Mac, it is relatively convenient, but changing the CapsLock button requires the help of software.
The general modification can be made in System Preferences - Keyboard - Modifier Keys, but unfortunately it is impossible to modify CapsLock to Esc key. This requires the use of the Seil software (named PCKeyboardHack prior to version 10.7.0).
