ES5 install Elasticsearch-head plugin

 

 

Install elasticsearch-head

 

Since ES 5.0, web-type plug-ins are no longer supported, so head cannot be directly installed into the ES plug-in library as before and can be used by ES.

In fact, elasticsearch-head is just a front-end interface, which can be used only by an HTTP service to help him publish the interface.

 

Therefore, if ES5 is deployed under Linux, the header can be published by the HTTPD service that comes with the system.

Finally, you can change the localhost in app.js to the es http server IP.
