Redhat6.0+apache2.4.4+svn1.7.9 password encryption problem

Ask your friends:
I set up the apache+svn service on redhat linux6, and encrypted the svn password file with htpasswd. Always report an authorization failure error when logging in.
Then, I replaced the password with the svn password string in the corporate environment, and the login was normal. I would like to ask, what is the reason for this?
