Experiences of work and technical learning

Graduated in June 2013. After graduating, I started my career as Cheng Yuan. Once I graduated, I joined a very good foreign company. After staying in this company for less than 3 months, I left. The reason for leaving is very simple. In the three months of this company, I didn't feel that I had made any technical progress. Every day I read some English documents according to their requirements, so I resigned decisively. Next came a company with a development team of less than 20 people. I have been with this company for 2 years, and it is in this company that I feel that I have really learned a lot. When I first joined this company, I felt very inferior and felt that the people around me were big cows. I'm actually younger than me (haha, only 1 year old), so you know why I feel inferior and timid. In this company, I did 3 projects and I was responsible for the development of one project at the end (the funny thing is that the whole project is just I am developing by myself) During this period, I really felt that my technology had improved a lot, so I started to want to change the company to try my ability, so I left and came to the current company, but I don’t know why I As soon as I came to this company, I suddenly felt as if I had encountered a bottleneck and suddenly I didn't know what to do? It may be that the current company has a lot of time at its disposal, but I don’t know how to make good use of it, so I am getting more and more confused now. Just when the company held a meeting yesterday and said that the code needs to be refactored, I suddenly felt that I should find a new one. I can keep myself motivated to work with passion, so I suddenly feel that it is time to start writing my own technical blog (I have written it before, but I stopped for some reason).

Today, when I saw that there is a technical expert who has been working for many years, but his passion for programming is still so admirable, so I feel that I should really start to seriously consider whether I should start writing myself. blog. So I feel that I started to write my own blog, hoping that I can get back my passion for learning and love for technology.
